Hey! It's the cover of famed ero-guro artist Suehiro Maruo's comic Gichi Gichi-kun. I remade it into a beat-up poster. It kinda looks like a freaky carnival poster from the early 1900s doesn't it? I wouldn't want to go there though, Gichi Gichi is a tough little kid.
